We are all living out a story—and then there’s the story we tell ourselves. I’ll help you rewrite that narrative with clarity, courage, and self-compassion.
I’ve been a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice for over 17 years. Over time, I realized that working within the confines of a mental health diagnosis was not always necessary for clients to achieve their desired outcomes. I began weaving coaching into my therapeutic style as I worked with clients seeking guidance to challenge limiting beliefs and restore a renewed perspective, regardless of what they carried from their past.
With an approach rooted in non-judgmental grace and compassion, I’ve helped my clients uncover old patterns of thinking and believing, breaking free from self-defeating mindsets and behaviors. It’s been my privilege to witness countless transformations over nearly two decades and to guide my clients toward clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
About
Always authentic. Never perfect.
Step into grace and embrace imperfect progress. Perfection is not the goal but rather living with intention and embracing the wholeness of who we are created to be. I encourage my clients to embrace the fullness of their stories, even the parts they wish were different.
In my practice, I will guide you in learning tools to let go of past hurts and fractures that have come to define how you interact in current relationships, self-doubt, and mindsets that prevent you from moving forward. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns and ways to move forward using concrete strategies and gentle guidance.

My Story
I originally grew up in Malibu, California, and because I was blessed to live by the beach, the beach became my place of calm. I moved to Central California for college and later to the Bay Area, where I met my husband.
I’ve been married for almost 25 years to a man who is much more than my husband. He is my very best friend who shares in my joys and trials with equal laughter and tears. He is my partner in parenting our two teen boys—one just being launched into college. In our opinion, we both believe they are pretty darn awesome. But, hey, we’re kind of biased. But really, they are awesome!
My personal story has been filled with many challenges, which I believe has helped me learn deeper empathy when I sit with my clients. My husband and I have been through years of infertility, job losses, several moves with our kids in tow, and broken family-of-origin relationships. These interruptions were definitely challenging, and I struggled to make sense of it all. And if I’m being honest…I did not always respond well. Anxiety, fear, and doubt gripped me. But through my journey, I learned acceptance, joy, and contentment, and eventually realized life was happening with me, not to me.
I stopped defining myself based on my hardships and struggles. Instead, I learned (and am still learning) to embrace both the good and the hard of every season with gratitude and openness.
My journey has helped me be more present as a wife, mom, and friend, and I have shown up more authentically with my clients. This authenticity has afforded me the opportunity to listen more intently, without judgment, to find the root of my clients’ hindrances and encourage them forward with empathy.
I’m here to guide my clients to live a life with intention and freedom, in truest alignment with who they are created to be. Watching my clients step into alignment with their most authentic selves brings me the greatest joy.
Thanks for being here!
