Learn to experience life with flexibility, openness, and curiosity.
As your therapist, I will teach you practical tools to respond to your emotions rather than react to them. While we can’t always choose our circumstances, we can choose how we respond. We all live a story, but there’s also the story we tell ourselves. My role is to help you rewrite that inner narrative with honesty and grace, transforming defeating thoughts into signals for reflection and growth.
I’ll hold you accountable with truth and encourage you on your journey toward your fullest potential, with an offering of grace, not judgment. Through this process, you’ll build the confidence and tools to meet life with resilience and the understanding that your pain does not define your story. Each session will be a holding place for clarity and direction.
Therapy
Mindset Coaching
Mindset coaching is distinct from therapy. While therapy focuses on exploring and healing past experiences, mindset coaching emphasizes actionable strategies to achieve your personal goals. As both a therapist and mindset coach, I bring a therapeutic lens to our work, creating a coaching experience uniquely grounded in self-awareness and emotional insight.
Together, we’ll identify the emotions and thought patterns holding you back. My coaching style helps you clear the mental clutter that fuels anxiety and overwhelm while gaining clarity about your values, dreams, and strengths. With practical tools and actionable strategies, you’ll learn to quiet your inner critic and cultivate a mindset that empowers you to thrive. Together, we’ll create a path forward that aligns with who you are and what you truly want for your life.
Relationships shape how we connect with others and find our place in the world. Relationship coaching offers strategies to help you show up with courage, authenticity, and intention, fostering connection, trust, and healthier dynamics in your life.
Not all conflict is bad—it can be a necessary part of growth and deeper connection. Through relationship coaching, you’ll learn to move from resentment to restoration by mastering constructive conflict, setting boundaries, and having courageous conversations. Together, we’ll focus on tools that empower you to respond with clarity and intention.
This work is about more than improving relationships; it’s about becoming someone who shows up with honesty, boldness, and empathy. By strengthening your communication and relational skills, you’ll create meaningful connections, navigate challenges with grace, and thrive.

FAQs
-
At its core, therapy is a relationship built on trust and authenticity. It’s a safe space where hope and courage meet to grapple with thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you. Therapy helps clients embrace their full potential, overcome areas where they feel stuck, and move toward a new way of thinking and living. It’s also about holding you and your goals accountable while compassionately and empathetically nudging you forward.
-
We are created to be relational beings, which means we’re not meant to face our struggles or triumphs alone. Our past shapes our perspectives, which influence our emotions, behaviors, and actions. Therapy is for individuals ready to break free from old patterns of thinking, step into grace and courage, and embrace the wholeness of who they are created to be. It’s for those who recognize the need for support and are ready to begin living with intention and alignment.

Life’s uncertainties can feel overwhelming, sometimes leaving us stuck or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy helps unpack the past and address the areas that hold you back—like people-pleasing, self-doubt, fear, and negative self-talk. Coaching focuses on helping you create actionable steps for achieving present and future goals. Both approaches empower you to live a life of intention and freedom, but coaching is goal-driven, while therapy dives deeper into emotional and relational healing.
-
While therapy and coaching share commonalities, the lens through which we approach them is different. Therapy explores your past and its connection to your present, uncovering patterns and beliefs that have shaped your journey. Through therapy, we build new foundations of truth, helping you heal and achieve your goals. Coaching focuses on actionable strategies to reach your current and future aspirations. While therapy emphasizes emotional healing, coaching is forward-focused, with a therapeutic lens that ensures our work is grounded in empathy, self-awareness, and authenticity.
-
The lenses through which life coaches and therapists view their clients are different. Therapists treat and diagnose mental health conditions, and often, their work is based on the past to the present. Life Coaches do not diagnose mental health disorders. They help clients recognize and dispute past patterns and trends in order to lay the foundation for forward-facing goals and desires.
Wherever you are at today is not where you need to stay.
